UX-413 sits on one of Hoboken's most storied blocks, A short walk from the waterfront nestled in the burgeoning West Side revival neighborhood — next door to the lot where Frank Sinatra was born. Every design decision was made around a single question: what does it feel like to live well in a city?

This is what architect-led development looks like when nobody compromises. Materials chosen for how they age. Green that grows rather than decorates. A rooftop that gives the city back to you at the end of the day.

A building doesn't need to quote its surroundings to belong to them. It can be fresh yet still blend. For that, it needs to be built with the same belief that something real can happen here.
