We Designed Asbury House —

— as an homage to the many surfers that called this place home. Just a few blocks from the Atlantic, Asbury House sits among the Victorian homes that have defined this neighborhood for over a century.

The Ocean & The Tunes

Asbury Park has always had personality. The Stone Pony where Springsteen played unannounced on a Tuesday. The Wonder Bar where Debbie Harry once showed up and owned the room. The boardwalk that was nearly abandoned 20 years ago is now drawing thousands again every summer.


UX-500 sits three blocks from all of it. Designed to open up toward the energy of the town and go quiet the moment you step inside; we built UX-500 as a place to stay in the know and stay in the moment.
